Carer Support Wiltshire have put together a digital pack for Wiltshire Schools, Sixth Forms and Colleges to raise awareness of young carers and how they can get support.
These items can be used to raise awareness of Young Carers and support available on Young Carers Awareness Day 30th January 2020.
