Change4Life Sugar Smart campaign

This week the Change4Life Sugar Smart campaign has been launched, which includes school resources.
Every primary school that is part of the School Fruit and Veg Scheme (SFVS) will receive healthy eating teaching resources in January or early February. Look out for a yellow Change4Life box arriving with your SFVS delivery.
Each school will receive one key stage 1 pack and one key stage 2 pack. Schools will also receive copies of the consumer pack for teachers to send home in pupils’ book bags. For further details about these resources please visit the School Zone, a new online hub for primary teachers. If additional copies are required, or a school is not part of the SFVS, teachers can order the packs from the School Zone whilst stocks last.
Also look out for TV, digital, outdoor and social media ads and videos revealing the surprisingly high amount of sugar lurking in everyday food and drinks, using sugar cubes as an illustration.
