Children's Mental Health Week 2025

Thursday 23rd January 2025

Children’s Mental Health Week 2025 is just around the corner, taking place from 3-9 February. We’d love you to get involved to mark this important week. Here are several ways you and your school can support children’s mental health in Wiltshire:

1. Join the national ‘Know Yourself, Grow Yourself’ Campaign

2. Collect Your Free Five to Thrive Resource

  • We’ve developed a fantastic new credit card-sized resource with prompts and key messages for using Five to Thrive. It’s easy to carry with you in your day-to-day work.
  • If you’ve completed the Five to Thrive training, you can collect your resource from your local Family Hub starting 3rd February.

3. Use the Reading Well Booklists

  • You may like to use and support the 5 Reading Well schemes, which include 2 for school aged children and are supported by Wiltshire library service.
