Event cancellation update
Wednesday 18th March 2020
Due to the current world health concerns we all have and advice from central government, we have been asked to cancel every course which is taking place for the next fortnight.
This includes the following courses advertised on the Wiltshire Healthy Schools website:
Supporting Anxious Children, on Friday 27th March 2020
Period Education training on the 23rd of March 2020*
Sexual Health Awareness on 25th March 2020
Also all parenting programme group events have been cancelled until May 2020. More details here.
*For the Period Education training an alternative one hour live video training session is proposed in which the lessons will be introduced, alongside accompanying resources and product demonstration boxes. We will then will post you your product demonstration box and share the password to the teaching resources. A week or so later we will offer a Q&A style 30 min virtual session so that we can respond to any further questions you may have once you have had a chance to explore the resources.
We will keep participation in this session as simple as possible. We will share a date, time and log in link and hope to use a platform which will allow you to ask questions to your trainer during the live training.
Everyone who has booked a place will be kept informed of changes and the delivery of future courses will be reviewed as the situation develops.
