Healthy Me extended to age 18

Healthy Me is a free fun 10 week healthy lifestyle programme for children aged 7-18 and their families, who may be less active than recommended and above their healthy weight range.
This extension to age 18 is a recent change during 2021 (previously it was up to 11) and may not be currently reflected in all programme materials and webpages.
