Life Education Centre update

Many Wiltshire primary schools have benefited from the support of the Life Education Centre over many decades.
Although the SCARF PSHE materials will continue, the workshops and Life Education Wiltshire will cease on 4th April 2025.
Becky Turner, Manager and Educator for Wiltshire, is still available until the 4th April 2025 for SCARF/ PSHE support.

The Life Education Centre (LEC) recently wrote to Wiltshire schools, with information about the changes.
LEC Wiltshire is an independent charity and, as such, reliant on grants and donations to subsidise the cost to schools of the service. LEC are a Delivery Partner of Coram Life Education, the UK’s leading primary PSHE education children’s charity.
Sadly, in the current climate it has been increasingly difficult to secure grants, donations and new school bookings.
SCARF will be continuing in schools through Coram Life Education. A dedicated SCARF coordinator will be available to provide support to all schools. Schools' SCARF subscription will continue without disruption.
