National Youth Strategy Survey
Friday 14th March 2025
The Government is creating a new ten-year National Youth Strategy to tackle the challenges for this generation of young people and ensure that every young person can thrive.
The National Youth Strategy will bring power back to young people and their communities and improve youth focused services, moving away from a one-size-fits-all approach from Government.
Join us in encouraging and supporting thousands of young people aged 10-21 (aged 25 with SEND) to shape this once in a generation strategy.
The Department for Culture, Media and Sport (DCMS) has launched a national survey looking at the challenges and priorities of young people.
Schools and others that have contact with young people can share this information widely, so the survey can reach as many young people as possible.
The deadline to complete the survey is Wednesday 16 April 2025.
DCMS has also developed a ‘National Youth Strategy Engagement and Comms Toolkit’, which can be accessed at the weblink below and which includes key messaging and communications assets, including social media assets and a session plan for organisations to run engagements with young people.
