New staff wellbeing survey for schools and colleges

Today the Anna Freud Centre is launching a free resource for schools and FE colleges to carry out staff wellbeing surveys, which can be accessed here.
This staff survey is evidence-based and uses validated questions. It includes guidance about how to run surveys.
This short introductory video explains how this resource can help you and your school more effectively support staff wellbeing.
Addressing staff wellbeing forms part of the Wiltshire Healthy Schools programme; there are various resources available to help your school do this, from Wiltshire Council and other organisations.
