Primary school physical activity research project

Due to some changes in the project there is another opportunity for 1 or 2 Wiltshire schools to join this project, which runs until the end of January 2024.
Although time is now limited, if a school was keen and happy to start soon it is possible to join in.
This project provides an opportunity to use novel wearable technologies, which have been specifically designed for primary schools.
Schools will have 1-to-1 support from a PhD researcher focusing on encouraging primary school pupils’ physical activity.
It’s a great professional development opportunity for teachers, encouraging to them to think of school practices they can introduce to encourage pupils’ activity.
It’s important to highlight that no strategies/ intervention will be prescribed; instead we’ll collaboratory co-design strategies which suit the specific needs of your school.
