Short Breaks scheme for children and young people (SEND)

Information can be found below about this year’s Wiltshire Short Breaks Scheme for children and young people who have special educational needs and/or disabilities and who require additional support to access leisure activities.
The Short Breaks Scheme enables families to choose leisure opportunities that work best for their child. Wiltshire Council designs and delivers the Scheme in partnership with the Wiltshire Parent Carer Council (WPCC). The current Scheme covers the period from 1 April 2019 - 31 March 2020.
Eligibility age range for the Scheme is 6-18 years (young people aged 18 remain eligible up to the day before their 19th birthday)
Applications should be made online before Thursday 28 February 2019 at http://www.wiltshire.gov.uk/wiltsshortbreaksform.
