University of Bath survey on primary school pupils' in-school physical activity

The University of Bath is recruiting participants for an online questionnaire which is looking to understand teachers, parents, and wider primary school stakeholders' views and responses to primary school pupils' in-school physical activity data.
We want to hear your views if you are a parent/guardian/carer of a child within primary school, or, if you work in a primary school environment, as a teacher, teaching assistant or stakeholder, for example wider school management, trustee, governor, local authority employee, private sector practitioners; anyone who is involved in primary schools.
You do not need to have prior knowledge to part take in this questionnaire.
If you would be willing, please could you complete the questionnaire via the following link or through the QR code on the flyer below as well as circulating widely.
