Wellbeing for the workplace programme - free webinars

The Swindon and Wiltshire Local Enterprise Partnership is hosting regular sessions to focus on help and support available for wellbeing in the workplace. These free webinar sessions may be of interest to Wiltshire schools.
Good workplace wellbeing helps your organisation run smoothly, increases productivity, staff retention and reduces absence. Join other organisations and individuals to learn from experts, ask questions and discuss.
The next session takes place on 20 April 2023 and focusses on how physical health can seriously impact productivity. In this session experts will discuss healthy behaviours in the workplace and the support available for those with an addiction, such as smoking. We will also discuss how to ensure your workplace is a ‘healthy’ place to work together with any other challenges preventing wellbeing in the workplace. These workshops will also give you the opportunity to join online networking sessions so you can speak with other businesses, highlight your products or services, and make valuable connections.
