Wiltshire Children and Young People's Health and Wellbeing Survey extension

We currently have had over 6,000 Wiltshire pupils complete the survey.

Our original closing date was the end of term, however due to the Covid-19 virus disruption we will be keeping the survey open to give schools sufficient chance to complete once most schools are back.
Over the Easter holidays and when schools are closed then the survey will be closed and reopened when the schools are back.
